Simple collection of the counts
of your meter online
Dear customer,

we sent you a postcard to enable you to read your meters by yourself. During the meter reading period you can submit your meter readings via the internet instead of sending back the filled out postcard. For authorisation please enter your customer number and your personal password. You can gather the required information from the letter we’ve sent you along with the meter reading card. Please take care of the large and lower case while entering the password.

Hinweis: Die Erfassung der Zählerstände im Rahmen der Jahresablesung übernimmt ein Dienstleister für uns. Deshalb erscheint an dieser Stelle eine neue Eingabemaske anstelle des gewohnten Logins zu Ihrem Kundenportal. Bitte geben Sie Ihre Zählerstände bitte ausschließlich in dieser Maske an.
